LAYOUT & EXCAVATION
Once the design is finalized and all necessary permits are approved, our in-house team will proceed with layout and excavation for the pool.

FORMS & REINFORCEMENT
Wood forms are constructed to define the pool’s shape, and steel reinforcement is installed in accordance with engineering specifications.

GUNITE SHELL
Gunite is pneumatically applied to form the structural concrete shell of the pool.

PLUMBING
Once the forms are removed, the area surrounding the pool is backfilled. Plumbing lines are then installed and routed to the equipment location. All plumbing is pressure tested upon completion to ensure system integrity.

BACKFILL
The final backfill is compacted using water jetting to ensure proper settling and stability.

FOOTING
The perimeter footing is excavated, formed, and reinforced—typically for sand-set paver deck installations. Once the inspection is complete, concrete is poured to establish a stable foundation.

TILE & COPING
Tile and coping are installed according to the customer's selected materials and design preferences.

DECKING
Decking is installed, most commonly using sand-set pavers, to provide a durable and visually appealing surface.

EQUIPMENT
The pool equipment is installed with a focus on both aesthetics and functionality. An electrician will follow soon after to complete the wiring.

SCREEN ENCLOSURE OR FENCE
The screen enclosure or fence is installed to ensure safety and must be in place before project completion.

PLASTER
The interior plaster is applied, and the pool typically begins filling on the same day. Unless otherwise specified, the house water supply is used for filling.

START UP
Once the pool is filled, the circulation pump is activated and the initial chemicals are added. Pool fittings are trimmed, and low-voltage wiring is completed. The pool will be continuously balanced and maintained over the following four weeks. We recommend refraining from swimming or heating the pool until the completion of this period.
